The hotel location was ideal for exploring the city. i could easily walk to many attractions and public transport was close. the staff were friendly and efficient. They stored my luggage after i checked out so i could explore more before leaving. the room was clean and spacious.
the room was a bit noisy at night. it faced the street, and i could hear some noise from a nearby pub until late. earplugs helped, but lighter sleepers might find it difficult without them.

The location was excellent with the city center within walking distance I found the rooms to be very clean with a good size. The bathroom had nice features I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee from the coffee machine and vending machine.

The hotel provided complimentary coffee, which I found quite convenient, especially in the mornings, before starting my day. There was also a vending machine stocked with drinks and snacks that provided quick refreshments throughout the day.

we got upgraded to a quad, even though we booked a twin. the staff stored our luggage when we arrived early, great to explore before check-in.
The stairs to the basement room seemed a bit like climbing a ladder. They were very narrow and steep.

The hotel location was quite convenient. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. The staff was helpful, particularly with storing luggage before check-in and after checkout. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was an excellent addition.
The room was small, very small actually. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms (this was a bit disruptive). The stairs were steep. I felt uneasy going down them.
